It helps sellers work more efficiently and brings sales insights into the collaboration and productivity tools they use daily, such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. Copilot for Sales connects to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and can be configured to connect to other sales solutions. Copilot for Sales includes a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Yes—Copilot for Sales connects with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce users with Copilot for Sales can access next-generation AI and sales insights in their Microsoft 365 apps, such as using contextual email assistance in Outlook and conversation intelligence in Teams.
To be eligible, customers must have a license for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, or Business Premium, or Office 365 E3 or E5, or a version of these suites that does not include Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales includes Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot sales agent for seller-specific insights and workflows. Role-based agents allow customers to enhance Microsoft 365 Copilot by connecting it to new data sources and applications and expanding its functionality. Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales contains a role-based agent, Microsoft 365 Copilot sales agent, that connects Microsoft 365 Copilot to your CRM to provide seller specific insights and workflows.
Dynamics 365 Sales Professional and Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses do not include Copilot for Sales. Dynamics 365 Sales Premium customers can access the full Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales experience with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
